Meta Tag Generator

Enter the values and review the result.

Basic metadata text

Generate a reviewable block of HTML, Open Graph, and Twitter/X text metadata from your exact input.

Maximum 500 UTF-16 code units. Content is not trimmed or rewritten.

Maximum 5000 UTF-16 code units. Content is not trimmed or rewritten.

Enter a title and description, then generate the tag block.

Generated tag order

The output contains one tag per LF-terminated line in this fixed order: HTML title, meta description, optional keywords, Open Graph title, Open Graph description, Twitter/X title, and Twitter/X description. No invisible comments or extra tag families are inserted.

For example, a title containing & is emitted as & in markup so the browser interprets the intended character rather than treating it as syntax.

Escaping policy

Ampersands, angle brackets, double quotes, and apostrophes are escaped once from the user-entered source for their HTML context. The generator does not trim, rewrite, infer, translate, or automatically generate any entered content.

Trust and limitations

This tool creates basic markup only. It does not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, clicks, social previews, or platform acceptance. Search engines and social platforms may process or ignore tags differently. Keywords support does not imply modern ranking benefit, and this tool does not determine ideal content lengths. Review every tag before publication.

Canonical URLs, robots directives, images, accounts, site names, locale, authorship, verification, structured data, analytics, and tracking are outside this workflow.

Accuracy and limitations

Calzivo tools are built for practical estimates, conversions, and checks. Some tools use standard formulas or simplified assumptions, and results can be affected by input accuracy, rounding, units, local rules, or changing official requirements.

Results depend on the values you enter and any simplified assumptions used by the tool. Verify important results before making decisions or submitting official information.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Meta Tag Generator and how to read the result.

Will these tags improve rankings?

No result is guaranteed. Search engines may use, rewrite, or ignore metadata, and rankings depend on many factors outside this generator.

Are keywords required?

No. An exactly empty keywords field omits the tag. A whitespace-only value is rejected rather than silently removed.

Does this choose ideal lengths?

No. It applies safety caps but does not determine ideal title, description, or keyword lengths.

Are special characters escaped?

Yes. User-controlled text is escaped for HTML text or attribute context before tags are constructed.

Does this generate canonical, robots, image, analytics, or schema tags?

No. Those workflows require separate page-specific decisions and are outside this basic generator.
