Editorial Policy

Effective Date: May 9, 2026

Last Updated: June 22, 2026

1. Our Content Purpose

Calzivo publishes calculators, converters, tools, and guides to help people understand everyday calculations and complete practical online tasks. Our goal is to make results easier to read, explain the assumptions behind them where useful, and avoid presenting estimates as final decisions.

2. How We Choose and Build Content

Calzivo prioritizes practical topics that help users calculate, convert, plan, compare, or complete common online tasks. The Calzivo Team and Review Board works to make tools and guides clear, useful, and appropriately scoped. Pages may include formulas, assumptions, examples, limitations, and related links when those details help users understand what a result means.

3. Product and Content Checks

Product and editorial checks focus on clear inputs, readable results, practical examples, formatting, metadata, accessibility, and user experience. We aim to correct confusing wording, broken links, misleading labels, and obvious implementation issues when they are identified.

4. Formulas, Assumptions, and Review Scope

Where relevant, Calzivo documents formulas, calculation assumptions, example inputs, and important limitations so users can evaluate a tool more clearly. Scientific and mathematical review support may be used for applicable methodology, numerical behavior, and documentation. Reviewer involvement is not implied unless it is stated on a specific page, and Calzivo does not claim that every calculator, guide, or tool has been individually reviewed by every listed team member.

5. AI-Assisted Content

Calzivo may use AI-assisted tools to help with drafting, outlining, formatting, and editing. AI assistance does not replace Calzivo's responsibility for reviewing, editing, and maintaining published pages.

6. Extra Care for Sensitive Topics

Topics such as finance, health, tax, legal, construction, and official forms can affect important decisions. For those areas, we try to use cautious wording, explain estimate limits, and encourage users to verify results with qualified professionals or official sources.

7. Accuracy and Updates

We work to keep pages useful and understandable, but formulas, official rules, local requirements, market conditions, and product details can change. We do not use fake ratings, fake reviewers, fabricated author claims, or unsupported credentials to make content appear more authoritative. When we identify outdated or unclear information, we may update page content, examples, metadata, or supporting notes.

8. Reporting Issues

If you notice a possible error, unclear explanation, outdated rule, or broken calculator behavior, please contact us. Helpful reports include the page URL, the values entered, the result shown, and why the result may be wrong or confusing. Read the Corrections Policy for how reports are reviewed.
